Ksenia G. Rudyuk
Ksenia Rudyuk is the founder and the principal attorney at the Rudyuk Law Firm, P.C. She opened her private practice more than a decade ago to primarily represent the Eastern European Community of New York in a number of different legal matters.
From 2013 until 2016 Ksenia chose to be a full-time mother to her then new-born son, Philip and worked part-time consulting other attorneys. In 2016 Ksenia received an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the best divorce attorneys in New York City and gain experience litigating complex matrimonial cases. Thus from 2016 until 2019, she worked as counsel at O’Reilly Stoutenburg Richards, LLP., where she received valuable divorce litigation experience from widely-recognized and respected attorneys.
For over ten years Ksenia has been passionate about family and matrimonial law. She has significant experience representing clients in matrimonial proceedings and family-related matters such as divorce, child support, child custody and visitation, equitable distribution of marital assets and other related matters in all five boroughs of New York City.
Her representation of clients in contested divorce matters, complex child support and custody cases is always very professional, compassionate and appropriately aggressive depending on the circumstances and needs of her clients. With years of experience working with attorneys in the New York legal community and in New York divorce courts, Ksenia can skillfully weigh, understand and handle almost any situation which may arise out of a complicated divorce process.
In addition, Ksenia is a talented negotiator. She has successfully negotiated prenuptial, postnuptial and settlement agreements being able to convince opposing counsel and parties’ to agree to fair terms in favor of her clients.
Her emphasis is on delivering cost-effective and successful outcomes in resolving issues for her clients. She routinely appears in Supreme and Family Courts in all five boroughs of NYC.
Ksenia has successfully represented individuals falsely accused of child abuse or maltreatment at the Administrative proceedings at the Office of Children and Family Services in New York. She also achieved great results defending childcare providers subject to indicated reports with the New York Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment.
Ksenia Rudyuk obtained her first Law Degree from the Moscow State Finance and Law Academy. She speaks fluent Russian and English. Ksenia serves as a consulting attorney to a number of well-recognized and respected family law firms in Russia. She is often contacted by parties residing in the Russiam Federation seeking to defend or enforce rights in New York.
