Marc S. Lewis

Marc Lewis is an associate with Rudyuk Law Firm P.C. He has vast expertise in Matrimonial Law and Family Law. He also has knowledge of Criminal Law and Landlord Tenant Law.

Mr. Lewis chose to attend Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center to acquire his J.D. Touro Law School offered classes related to his Jewish heritage. As the grandchild of two Holocaust survivors, this school provided something extra for him.

A graduate of Touro Law Center, Mr. Lewis interned for Judge Roger Rosengarten at Queens Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Lewis volunteered at TLC Heart, a hotline created to aid Hurricane Sandy Victims and their various legal issues. Additionally, Mr. Lewis was a volunteer with FACT, a breast cancer awareness group aiding with charitable diners and other charitable events.

Before joining the Rudyuk Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Lewis was employed primarily as a Family and Divorce Law Attorney for over eight years. Mr. Lewis has zealously represented his clients in all aspects of Family Law and Matrimonial Law. His expertise lies in litigating complex matrimonial issues during all stages of a divorce or family matter. Throughout his career, he has successfully conducted many trials on issues, such as child support, spousal support, child custody, family offenses, equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, and other related matters in all five boroughs of NYC, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Westchester County.

Mr. Lewis has always been passionate about Family and Matrimonial Law due to his compassionate and patient nature in guiding his clients through challenging times. Mr. Lewis's representation has focused on contested divorce matters, complex child support, and custody cases. Throughout any Court proceeding, Mr. Lewis is always very professional, sympathetic and appropriately truculent depending on the facts of the case and the client's individual needs.

With years of experience working with attorneys in the New York legal community and the New York divorce courts, Mr. Lewis has an innate ability to analyze any and all issues involved in any family or matrimonial proceeding.
